Eligibility
Who Can Refer?
The program is open to all current 459 Rock residents who meet these simple requirements.
Current resident in good standing — current on rent, no lease violations
Referral must be a new applicant — not a current or former resident
Referral must not already be in our application pipeline or contacted through another source
$750 credit applied after the new resident completes 30 days of occupancy
One credit applied per month — additional credits roll to the following month
Referral bonus stacks with all active lease specials and move-in credits
